Prepare for the Break Fast Meeting

I thought we might make this a true “Break Fast” meeting by each of us doing some type of fast the day before (Wed).  My fasting days are Mon-Wed-Fri, so I’ll be coming off a 38 hour fast before the Duffer’s breakfast.  So maybe if some of you can fast before the meeting we can share how our fasts went with the group.  Just skipping dinner the night before and stopping eating after 1 pm, can give you a 19 hour fast before breakfast.  Enough for your body to enter ketosis and start burning body fat.  What do you think?
